Pork, Apple & Speculaas Meatballs Salsa Cajun

Method

1. Make up the burger mix per the instructions, adding 15g of mix for Spiced Cookies per 1kg of meat.

2. Form in to desired size balls.

3. Spoon some of the sauce into a foil tray or serving tray, just to cover the bottom.

4. Lay the meatballs on top, covering them with more sauce.

5. Sprinkle with Decoration France.

6. Cook at 180c Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
