Method
1. Slice each chicken breast to create a pocket.
2. Stuff each chicken breast with a slice of mozzarella, a slice of tomato, and two basil leaves.
3. Close the chicken using a skewer or cocktail stick.
4. Wrap each filled chicken breast with two rashers of streaky bacon.
5. Coat the chicken thoroughly with World Grill Pesto.
