Lamb Kofta Skewers

Method

1. Make up the burger mix as per the instructions.

2. Weigh out 50g of mix and mould around a wooden skewer to form a kofta kebab.

3. Spoon a small amount of sauce in the bottom of a foil tray and place 2 skewers on top followed by a drizzle of yoghurt & garlic (squeezy bottle is easiest for this), and a sprinkle of Decoration France.

4. Cook at 180c Gas Mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

* For added flavour coat the meatballs in tandoori flavour glaze before covering with sauce.
