Garlic Steak Vol au Vent

Method

1. First, make your burger mix using minced beef and Verstegen Burgermix complete (1kg minced beef to 50g Burgermix complete)

2. Next form the burger mix into a nest shape leaving a well in the middle

3. Wrap the nest with a slice of puff pastry and secure with bamboo skewer of choice then brush with WG French garden.

4. Place grated cheddar cheese with diced red onion in a bowl and mix with WG French garden.

5. Place a 15g slice of sliceable garlic in the beef nest and top with a spoonful of the cheese and onion mixture.

6. Garnish with Decoration Blend Espegnol and half a cherry tomato
